7th Show - 2009/12/09 - [LHW] Hells Portal

wow, there was only one rp-thing in this whole show but you still didn’t use mine. It´s not that i get any benefits when it´s "aired" so at least you could have told me a reason why you won’t include it or what’s wrong with it so I could edit it.

I think it was a time issue anthor not an omission for any reasons on your behalf, seems we are still short on people who have time to do stuff currently

There are two reasons why we had no segment in this show:

1. Nobody wrote one for THIS show.

2. I had less time to do anything this week, cause I'm moving and besides me, it seems, nobody adds segments to the shows.


And the other question will be answered easily... your segments will be put into the PPV, as introduction for the Captain M vs. Panda match, where you will interfere.

to the first point: i had a topic in the "ring" section titled "Wednesday 12/09/09" to make it easier for all of you to know what belongs to which show.

to the second point: it´s totaly ok that in some points in life you have less time for certain things, but a short notice would have been enough. i am currently moving too and writing exams next week and was ill the last 2 weeks...doesnt mean i have no time to write a message "sry, your rp won´t be used this week cause we have no time to edit it". its just something you do to show the other person that its not completly worthless to write the rp-segments.

i am not happy with this either. i would certainly help out if i had any spare time to commentate all matches properly. but as i wrote earlier i should even have less time than you. pick or recruit some more vgs or let a vgm recruit them (the official forums might be worth a look).

and i pmd bb my problem why iam not very active

1st of all BB does not want a vgm from out of twg and hasnt been here for at least a season
2nd I'm sorry MAC,DD,Bodders,Xer0,&BB because I'm so busy,i am now working at a saw mill plus still basketball season and I've worked 2 days in a row came home aching and tired went to sleep back to school to basketball practice then to work i work 6pm to 1am and i get 5 hours of sleep and go to school and i cant quit my job my dad got 6 yrs in jail yesterday so now i bring in his half of the rent to live here i will only have time on the weekends and if u want i can post my work schedule weekly so u know.i have been helping with bringing in the firewood for my step grandma also so i just got done been working since noon and in a hour i gotta go work at the saw mill and I'm already tired...
and 3rd i usually edit the rps mate but i am very busy idk if i can be vgm anymore BB unless u let me work on haunted heaven only because i work all week.

If you guyz are low on help, if you want i can help around here, with the rps and stuff

Hey, I've been having a lot of problems lately, due to the fact I've been ill aka viral illness and because of coughing up blood. So I apologized for not being able to get on and say something sooner

Well, during the season break I will make a new thread in here for old vice-gms and ideas for new vice-gms. Anybody should be able to decide then if he wants to step down or become a new vice-gm. Maybe we'll get some new members with experience in that. We'll see.

@anth0r: We've wrote several times, that it's very complicated right now. I must have overread your segment... therefor I'm sorry, but I'll promise improvement for next season.

i really dont know how to tell it so you understand it the right way but i will try:

1. it is absolutly ok that you dont have the time to edit the things but there must be people out there who have the time right now (like Captain).

2. there will be less and less rp if you dont give a reason why someone should do it.
2.1 nobody will do rp if all the non-rp´ers get as much/slightly less matches (money, fans) as the rp´ers
2.2 nobody will do rp if they don´t get any feedback for what they do (a reason why it´s not used // when it needs to be improved // when its good). It´s like your gm´s feedback how much points the show gets every week. At the moment it looks like the only one reading the rp is the one who edits that part and that really takes the motivation down (thats a thing where every member could improve).
